Payment may be made by secure debit/credit card transaction or PROFORMA invoice by cheque.

All goods remain the property of this company until payment is made in full.

Our standard delivery charge does not guarantee next day delivery. Although every effort is made for prompt delivery, we cannot be responsible for any delays once goods have left our premises. Where customers have requested and paid for a specified delivery time, and this has not been met, only the additional delivery charge will be refunded not the full amount. Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer, or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. Delivery charges to MAINLAND UK for ALL ORDERS is FREE – with the exception of certain areas of Scotland, Ireland and other offshore destinations which may incur extra charges, please indicate your delivery area when ordering or contact us for information.
We will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that we are prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any Goods by any reason or cause beyond our control.
For exchange you will need to supply a copy of your receipt. If the goods are found to be defective we will send a replacement within 28 days.

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.
Payment can be made by most Debit & Credit cards including Visa, Paypal, Mastercard, Maestro, Masterpass & JCB. Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.
We WILL NOT pass your details to ANY third parties.
Our returns policy is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you change your mind you may return the goods within 7 days of receipt, providing that you contact us beforehand and obtain a returns authorisation number. The goods must be unopened in their original box and packaging.
The Customer will be responsible for the cost and safe return of the goods.
Goods are not sold on a trial basis.
Claims for damage, non-functionality and mis-shipping must be made within seven days of receipt.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect consumer statutory rights.
